Day 30 - Pockets

Honey, could you sew my pockets again? My response: I don't think I can repair them again, there isn't any thing left to sew to.

This is the reason he gets holes in his pockets!

The man carries ten dollars worth of change in his pockets! I am not kidding, one day we took it out and counted the change. These jars are a testament to the change we have laying around the house. I have a bag full of pennies that we save for the grandsons which I don't have in the picture. He use to just drop the change where ever in the house, I at least have him putting it in the jars now. There is one on each level of the house. I took out the pennies one day and counted the change. We had $54.00 dollars in just the silver alone. I think I will keep that as our vacation jar. I might get a cruise yet, lol!!!!

This is a great picture. I like the contrasts of the coins and the shininess of the glass. The green color adds interest, too. We, too, have a coin jar (that's our retirement fund now) LOL.

The picture turned out great, Emma (love that heart jar)! Love the story behind it, too!

I don't blame you, save it for a cruise! Doesn't that sound good right now?

Have a great weekend!
